Refund policy

Llaea does not currently offer refunds; however, we do accept exchanges for dresses. Please see details below.

Exchanges:
Exchanges are accepted only for dress orders.

- Contact us at dress@llaea.com within 7 days of receipt.

- Obtain an authorization number and ship the item back. You are responsible for the return shipping costs (USPS rates range from $5 to $8).

- Items must be returned in brand-new, unworn, and unwashed condition and must be received within 10 days of the authorization number being issued.

- Place a new order so that we can craft a new dress for you.

- Once the dress is returned, we will refund the cost of your original order, minus a $7 fee per returned item.

If an error is found on our part, returns will be accepted within 7 days of receipt, provided the package is postmarked within that timeframe.
